Abstract	In this work the plasmid construct pART7--AtKIN10-RFP was created, which produces the chimeric protein KIN10-RFP. This construction was used to study the subcellular localization of protein kinase AtKIN10. It was detected distribution of RFP signal in the whole volume of the cytoplasm.
