| Abstract | The purpose of this article is to analyze the current status and structure of planning and economic services of agricultural enterprises and to identify ways to improve it. The article draws on economic – statistical methods. The objects of study are agricultural enterprises of Uman district. The essence, the basic principles and the current state of planning in agricultural enterprises. A quantitative and qualitative analysis of the staff of workers and economic services to enterprises Uman district, resulting identified the need retraining of managers and specialists requirements of a market economy. Revised approaches to the formation of planning and economic services of agricultural enterprises, which are designed to address both current and future problems. Their composition should be set taking into account the characteristics of the economy: its degree of economic security of employees, their education, finance and so on. The possibility of improving economic services to agricultural enterprises through the introduction of workstation equipped with a release in the Internet for permanent possession of information which will greatly facilitate planning activity farms will enhance organizational structure, simplify their communications departments, expand opportunities monitoring and ensuring the effective functioning of flexible production. To improve the efficiency of planning and economic services offered ways to improve the remuneration of specialists these services, which must be in close contact with the end results of agricultural enterprises, the main ones is the degree of increase in production and sales, increase its competitiveness, increase profitability the enterprise.
